Refund policy
Last updated 24 August 2026
AIRENTA sells digital eSIM data plans, delivered instantly after payment. This policy explains when a purchase can be refunded and how to request it.
When you are entitled to a refund
If your eSIM cannot be delivered, fails to install, or does not work through a fault on our side, contact support and we will first try to fix or replace it. If we cannot, you receive a full refund.
If you were charged and no eSIM was created — for example the payment succeeded but the order failed — the payment is refunded in full.
If you bought a plan that has not been activated and not been installed, contact support within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it.
When a refund is not available
Plans that have been activated or have consumed data are generally not refundable, because the service has been supplied. Where local law grants you rights that cannot be excluded, those rights are unaffected.
An eSIM that expired because it was not activated within the window stated on the plan is not refundable.
Incompatibility with a locked or non-eSIM device is not a fault on our side — device requirements are stated before purchase — but contact support anyway: unused plans within the 14-day window are still refunded.
How to request a refund
Email support@airenta.com from the address on your AIRENTA account, with the order number (shown in your purchase history) and a short description of the problem. We respond within 2 business days.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider, Paysera. Once issued, the money typically arrives within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Purchases paid partly or fully with SuperCash have that part returned as SuperCash credit; only the amount actually charged to your payment method is refunded in money.
